Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times:

Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included in that email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Beard Ritual Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Beard Ritual Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
