Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, Beard Ritual Co. does not accept returns. This policy helps ensure all customers receive safe, unused products.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at beardritualco@gmail.com. We can cancel orders before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all personal care products, including beard care products, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, due to the nature of personal care products, items must remain unopened and unused to be eligible.
